Digital Marketing Coordinator

We’re seeking a creative, dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. OPUS Design is a rapidly growing Gift & Homewares store.  Key Responsibilities

-Working alongside team members to create brand strategies and marketing campaigns across web, marketing database, email, social media, events and display advertising campaigns

-Ensure consistency of brand tone and style across all marketing channels

-Design, build and maintain our social media presence 

– Posting a curating EDM content. 

-Develop and mantain ads for Facebook, Instagram, Adroll and Adwords 

-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

-Oversee PR Strategy, and creation of press releases and media comms, ensuring a strong relationship with key media outlets in Australia.

-Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

– Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

– Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

– Collaborate with internal teams to create website homepage and optimise user experience

– Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights

– Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

– Managing customer/stockist communications across all messaging platforms. 

– Making sure that the website content and products are kept updated and relevant.

– Covers all aspects of the process and technologies that operate the online business. This includes Shopfy, Adwords, all social media platforms, mail chimp, etc etc.

 Requirements

-Proven working experience in digital marketing

-Experience building social media platforms and maintaining brand management across social media

-Demonstrable experience leading and managing  marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

-Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate 

-Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics as well as Online Advertising, Google Adwords, SEO & SEM. 

-Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns

-Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

-Experience with Shopify and Mailchimp 

-Design skill is plus
